Responsibilities of the Officers of the EDGA are, according to the Constitution:
The President represents the EDGA in all matters. The President presides over meetings of the Assembly and the Executive Board and may attend ex-officio all other committees, sub-committees and working parties concerned with the functions of  EDGA. Should the President be incapacitated, the Executive Board will designate an acting-President by a majority vote for as long as required.

The Secretary shall perform all duties assigned by the Assembly, Executive Board and the President. The Secretary shall organise the meetings of the Assembly and the Executive Board, and shall be in charge of the secretariat.

The Treasurer
shall collect annual dues and manage the accounts and assets of the EDGA. The Treasurer shall report to the Assembly and the Executive Board on the financial position of the EDGA, and shall prepare and submit an annual budget for approval to the Executive Board for the succeeding financial period, at least three  months in advance of its start date. The Treasurer shall submit to the Executive Board the annual accounts of EDGA upon completion by the auditors approved by the General Assembly.

Members at Large shall be designated specific responsibilities and projects which may arise from time-to-time.

Decisions of the Executive Board with regard to proposals from the EDGA Committees can be done in meetings or by e-mail, always by a majority of votes; in case of a draw, the President will decide.
